Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in -20°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Execute FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Conduct daily safety equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document inventory using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in quarterly safety training drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail in temperature-sensitive environments
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth facility
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed
