Responsibilities
- Safely handle, store, and rotate refrigerated/frozen products (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to HACCP, FDA, and OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in 30-40°F environments
