Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls within storage zones.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels using handheld devices.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of storage areas to prevent spoilage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be able to work in extreme cold environments (below 32°F).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
