Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in refrigerated/freezer zones using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move temperature-sensitive products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Sanitize workstations and equipment per food safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour or Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
