Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated storage systems
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS software in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 32°F)
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for food-grade cold storage
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with proper temperature documentation
- Perform routine quality checks on perishable goods during handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 32°F
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in temperature-sensitive operations
