Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipment goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
