Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with strict adherence to HACCP protocols
- Conduct daily inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain optimal warehouse conditions through humidity/temperature monitoring
- Execute FIFO rotation systems for perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper technique
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Stable work history with reliable attendance record
