- Lead, train, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff daily

- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance

- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven track record in inventory control systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting
