Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for product movement
- Perform inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification or ability to pass company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
