Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure proper temperature and humidity levels in cold storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks following safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to facility
- No prior cold storage experience required
