Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital control systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Enforce strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following FDA guidelines
- Document temperature logs and inventory data in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
