Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain sub-zero temperature zones using digital thermometers
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize frozen inventory
- Inspect and package perishable goods according to FDA standards
- Conduct daily sanitation and sanitation checks of refrigerated units
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid pallet jack/forklift certification
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in -10°F environments for extended periods
