Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate packing equipment and maintain organized workstations
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product protection
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Assist with receiving and sorting incoming inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
