Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated equipment safely
- Inspect and document product quality upon receipt and storage
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation systems with meticulous accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Conduct routine facility sanitation and pest control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and temperature monitoring precision
