Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities according to FDA food safety standards
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in monthly safety drills and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
