Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and tools efficiently (e.g., shrink wrappers, tape dispensers)
- Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory in staging and storage areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
