Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize refrigerated products (0°F to 40°F) using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain accurate inventory records via our digital tracking system
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA protocols in a -10°F freezer environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, temperature monitors) and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage workflows and minimize energy consumption
- Participate in monthly safety drills and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods with appropriate PPE
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company program)
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
