Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct quality inspections of perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units
- Coordinate with transport teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts/nights
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Forklift certification (training provided)
