Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and temperature integrity
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up reach truck preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pre-employment drug screening required
