Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with temperature-sensitive goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize and organize storage areas to meet food safety standards
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members for efficient dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
