Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage areas (0°F to 40°F)
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-20°F to 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
