Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Inspect and prepare products for shipping/delivery
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (including reach trucks) safely
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
