Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Monitor and document warehouse temperatures using digital systems
- Inspect, sort, and store perishable goods according to HACCP standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in cold storage zones
- Perform inventory counts using warehouse management software
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
