Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff while maintaining productivity standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely dock scheduling
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work alternative schedules as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
