Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated/frozen products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in storage zones
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate RF scanners and digital inventory tracking tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
