Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-controlled warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in designated zones
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels per HACCP standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in cold environment conditions
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
