Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity goals
- Complete training modules within first 30 days of employment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No experience required – training provided
