Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Pack, label, and inventory perishable goods with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Maintain detailed logs of temperature, inventory, and safety incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
