Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products with precision and safety
- Conduct quality control checks and document temperature logs per FDA standards
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and optimize storage space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete
