Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle count procedures
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in refrigerated environments
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 34°F environment for extended periods
