Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal cold storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and electric carts
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in 30-40°F environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Florida driver's license a plus
