Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory while maintaining precise records
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to schedule and quality standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
