Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain proper cold chain protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled environments
- Monitor and document storage temperatures using digital systems
- Perform inventory counts and warehouse sanitation procedures
- Follow OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements
- Assist with quality control inspections and product rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 40°F refrigerated and -10°F frozen environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
