Responsibilities
- Pack and seal merchandise according to specifications using proper materials
- Scan and label packages for shipping accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales) safely
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in work area
- Assist with receiving and stocking as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive location
- Flexible availability to cover morning/afternoon/evening shifts
