Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect product quality and packaging integrity
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Complete digital paperwork via remote tablet systems
- Participate in quarterly team meetings via video conference
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to facility (4750 Packers Way)
