Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain strict temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in storage zones
- Inspect and package food products following sanitation standards
- Perform quality checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in cold environments (provided gear)
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
