Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Monitor temperature levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Complete remote inventory management tasks via tablet systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
