- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO methods and WMS systems
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation
- Perform quality control inspections on perishable goods
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Participate in monthly remote inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote admin tasks optional)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting
