Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect, load, and unload refrigerated products with precision
- Maintain strict inventory control using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform temperature monitoring and equipment checks
- Sanitize workstations and equipment following FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour or equivalent safety training
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
