Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated systems with OSHA compliance
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and quality control checks
- Sanitize equipment and maintain HACCP-compliant hygiene protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to GMP standards for food safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up reach truck preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in low-temperature conditions
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
