Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory audits and warehouse cycle counts in cold environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold storage facilities
- Sanitize and maintain equipment per food safety guidelines
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient product distribution
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
