Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments to move frozen food products
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Enforce strict food safety protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Inspect and maintain cold storage equipment (racking, doors, refrigeration units)
- Prepare outbound shipments for grocery retailers and restaurant distribution
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines for cold weather work conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to work in -10°F temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
