Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in refrigerated facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Inspect and document temperature compliance of storage units
- Load/unload shipments following HACCP protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and preventive maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (4+ hours/day)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
