Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products within -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect, load, unload, and organize pallets of frozen foods, dairy, and produce
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP safety protocols in all warehouse activities
- Perform temperature monitoring and sanitation checks of storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in extreme cold conditions (30-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
