Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls for refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Execute inventory management systems with RF scanning technology
- Inspect product quality and report irregularities to supervisors
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
