Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Execute inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas to meet food safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Attention to detail in safety-critical environments
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
