Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Document packing activities in inventory systems
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude in team environment
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
