Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move materials safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and scanning technology
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper material rotation
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Prepare shipping/receiving documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (company provides training if needed)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
