Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in frozen storage environments (-10°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Inspect and document product quality/temperature compliance
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
