Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and trailers with precision and speed.
- Monitor and log temperature readings to ensure food safety compliance.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely according to protocols.
- Conduct daily safety checks and report equipment issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below freezing).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
